The Young and the Restless Full Episode Recap - Friday, March 7, 2025

The Drama Continues!

Get ready, Y&R fans, because today’s full episode recap is packed with jaw-dropping moments, unexpected alliances, and classic Newman vs. Abbott chaos. Victor is, well, being Victor, Summer is playing a very suspicious game, and Holden? He’s stirring up more trouble than a bartender on a Saturday night. Let’s break it all down in this Y&R recap.

Audra’s Not Here for Holden’s Games

Holden & Audra | CBS/Sony

Holden’s got charm, but Audra? She’s got a built-in ice machine. He’s laying it on thick at Crimson Lights, but she shuts him down like a power outage in the middle of summer. Audra reminds him she’s with Nate now, and whatever nostalgic fantasy he’s living in, she’s not interested. Holden, ever the persistent troublemaker, suggests they should still be ‘friends.’ Because clearly, what Audra needs is more drama in her life.

Kyle’s Tug-of-War: Claire vs. Summer

Diane, always the strategic thinker, corners Kyle for a little heart-to-heart. She knows he wants to move back into the Abbott house, but she’s also noticed that he and Claire aren’t getting much alone time. And guess what? That makes ‘some people’ very happy. Translation: Summer.

Kyle

Speaking of Summer, she practically body-slams Jack at Society, chirping about how much Kyle has been ‘supportive’ lately. Jack immediately raises an eyebrow when she drops the phrase ‘reconnecting this way.’ Oh, girl, what are you up to now?

Victor Newman: Matchmaker or Master Manipulator?

Claire questions Victor

Claire, never one to mince words, marches over to the ranch and flat-out asks Victor if he’s pushing Summer toward Kyle. Grandpa Victor doesn’t even blink—he doesn’t want Kyle with Summer OR Claire. This man has been plotting since before Claire was born, and his scheming days are far from over.

Meanwhile, Summer clarifies to Jack that she and Kyle are just friends. Right. And Victor doesn’t manipulate people.

Harrison’s Babysitting Saga – AKA: Who Wins the Abbott Kid Lottery?

Diane is fishing—no, practically deep-sea diving—for an invite to babysit Harrison. Kyle insists it’s not a snub; he just didn’t think to ask. Diane, of course, would love to have Harrison over so Kyle can have time with Claire. But is it just a selfless gesture? Or is Diane subtly pushing Claire out of the way?

Summer later entertains Jack with tales of Harrison deciding who he spends the night with by playing rock-paper-scissors. (Honestly, that child might be the smartest one in Genoa City.) But Jack, ever the concerned uncle, suspects Summer might have a hidden agenda. And honestly? He’s not wrong.

Victor Lays Down the Law—Lies Included

Victor reminds Claire that the Abbotts have been envious of his empire since day one. (Honestly, it’s a miracle Jack hasn’t developed a permanent eye twitch from dealing with Victor’s antics.) Claire tries to get a straight answer from him—will he stay out of her relationship with Kyle? Victor says ‘Oh yeah,’ which, in Victor-speak, means ‘Absolutely not, and you won’t even see it coming.’

Holden’s Real Mission & Damian’s Ultimatum

Over at Society, Damian confronts Holden about his lingering presence in town. He should be back in LA, handling ‘business.’ But instead, he’s cozying up to Audra, which is a major red flag. Damian doesn’t care about Holden’s unresolved ex drama—he wants him on a plane, pronto. The mission isn’t over, and Holden getting distracted by Audra could ruin everything.

Summer’s Game Plan – and Jack’s Growing Suspicion

Jack isn’t the only one questioning Summer’s intentions. When she overhears Kyle sweet-talking Claire about how much he misses her, she gets a look on her face that practically screams ‘plotting in progress.’ Meanwhile, Victor is also lurking, proving that eavesdropping is practically a family sport.

Diane, on the other hand, is THRILLED that she and Jack have secured their evening plans—babysitting Harrison. But Jack isn’t convinced everyone will be happy about it. And by ‘everyone,’ he means Summer. Because let’s be real, she’s playing a longer game than anyone realizes.

Audra’s Lunch Date – and Nate’s Doubts

Audra, always one to keep people guessing, meets Holden for lunch. When Nate arrives, she plays it cool, but his suspicions are bubbling beneath the surface. He asks if there’s something going on between her and Holden. She dismisses the idea—but let’s be real, Audra always has a Plan B.

Holden, ever the wildcard, announces he’s leaving for LA but suggests lunch when he gets back. Audra agrees, but as Holden walks away, you can practically hear the unspoken ‘To be continued…’

What’s Next on The Young and the Restless?

Next week Y&R promises even more jaw-dropping moments:

  • Traci and Alan have a moment that could change everything.
  • Claire and Holden cross paths at the bar—what’s he up to now?
