General Hospital Full Episode Recap - Wednesday, March 12, 2025

Willow Throws Shade, Carly Schemes, and Drew’s Reputation Takes a Hit

On Wednesday's episode of General Hospital, Willow lets her inner mean girl out on Sasha, Carly’s back on her scheming grind, and Drew’s political ambitions hit yet another bump in the road. Meanwhile, Kristina’s got an agenda, Ava isn’t here for any nonsense, and Portia’s legal woes just keep piling up. Buckle up for the sassiest GH recap you’ll read today!

Dante and Chase Bond Over Bromance and Drama

Dante | ABC

Dante and Chase have a heart-to-heart about, well, everything. From Lulu and Brook Lynn’s never-ending feud to Dante’s struggles with Rocco, these two are deep in their feelings. Chase offers to step in as a mentor figure for Rocco because let’s be real—this kid needs all the help he can get with the adults in his life constantly caught up in their own mess. The duo agrees their friendship is still solid, even if their love lives are teetering on disaster.

Lucky and Liz: Will They or Won’t They?

Lucky is officially back in action, and Liz is there to make sure he’s comfortable. Sparks are flying, kisses are exchanged, and just when it seems like these two might actually have a moment, here comes Carly with a gift basket and a hefty dose of interruption. Once Carly exits stage left, Liz and Lucky resume their nostalgia tour—only for Aiden and then Laura to crash the party. Will they ever get a second alone? At this rate, the answer is a hard no.

Alexis vs. The Invader: The Drew Dilemma

Kristina catches Alexis up on the latest scandalous Invader article about Drew. Alexis is less concerned about Drew’s reputation and more worried about how this mess will affect Scout. She marches over to Curtis, hoping to convince him to spin a more favorable narrative. But Curtis? Not having it. He fully believes Drew is a disaster and refuses to help Alexis clean up the wreckage.

Carly Tries (and Fails) to Talk Sense Into Willow

Carly, ever the master manipulator, tries to reason with Willow about Drew’s growing bad press. But Willow, fiercely loyal to her new man, isn’t buying any of it. When Drew himself shows up, tensions escalate. Carly reminds Drew he’s basically desecrating the Quartermaine legacy by pushing to move the crypt, but Drew is too caught up in his own self-importance to care. Willow backs Drew up, leaving Carly exasperated and outnumbered. For now.

Portia’s Legal Troubles Go From Bad to Worse

Ric drops a bombshell: Portia’s evidence tampering and fraud could actually land her behind bars. He warns her to play by Drew’s rules or risk exposure. Portia, realizing Drew is two seconds away from throwing her under the bus, is forced to consider confessing to Curtis. But at this point, does Curtis even want to hear another lie? Unclear.

Nina’s Flirting, Ava’s Broke, and Carly’s Up to No Good

Nina sits down with wildlife photographer Geoffrey Beckett for a Crimson feature, but let’s be honest—this is less about work and more about some subtle (or not-so-subtle) flirting. Ava interrupts, recognizing Geoffrey, but the real drama kicks in when she confesses her financial struggles. Nina, in a rare moment of generosity, offers her some cash. Ava, too proud to take a handout, insists it be a loan. Meanwhile, Carly shows up with yet another scheme—this time, plotting with Nina to take Drew down and keep Willow from making what she sees as a colossal mistake. Because if there’s one thing Carly’s going to do, it’s meddle.

Kristina Pushes for Michael’s Presence in the Kids’ Lives

Kristina, ever the peacemaker (when it suits her), approaches Willow with an innocent-sounding request: she wants to record videos of the kids for Michael. Willow hesitantly agrees, with one caveat—Kristina needs to keep Drew’s name out of it. Because nothing says “stable family dynamic” like editing out key father figures.

Ava vs. Kristina: Ballet Battles and Custody Chaos

Kristina is determined to take Avery to the ballet, but Ric quickly shuts that down, reminding her that it falls on Ava’s custodial time. Naturally, Kristina doesn’t take no for an answer and confronts Ava, accusing her of being selfish. Ava, never one to be bullied, stands her ground and informs Kristina that she will be taking Avery to the ballet instead. Kristina throws a fit, but Ric’s timely arrival puts an end to the debate—at least for now.

Willow vs. Sasha: The Showdown We Didn’t Know We Needed

Willow is feeling bold and decides to take her frustrations out on Sasha, accusing her of being a gold-digging hypocrite. Why? Because Sasha dared to judge Willow for kissing Drew, all while getting pregnant by Jason. Sasha fires right back, pointing out that Willow’s got her own sugar daddy in Uncle Drew. Ouch. The claws are out, and honestly? It’s about time someone told Willow she’s not the moral authority she thinks she is.

Drew and Curtis Face Off—Again

Drew decides it’s time to clean up his image and forces Portia into playing PR puppet at a press conference. His grand plan? Make himself look good by promoting his pediatric sports initiative. But Curtis? He’s not here for it. When he walks in to find Drew scheming with Portia, he is not amused. This battle is far from over.
